Insyston Asset Portal
Insyston Asset Portal is a client service module designed to provide full service in large leasing environments, or where your client demands their own access to the asset information. Web-based, secured user log-in and access can be administered by the finance company or the end-user (the client) if so desired. Users can administer their assets including making changes to the allocation by cost centre and division of the rental / lease transactions throughout the life of the contract.
When integrated with Insyston Operations, any changes made by the user are automatically updated on the lease contract. External documents such as Warranty agreements or maintenance documents can be stored with each asset or contract.
